1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the 58gl platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "58gl," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if already registered. Continued use of 58gl services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 58gl, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, dispute resolution, and account closure. By creating an account with 58gl, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of this Platform under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use 58gl services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. 58gl operates under PAGCOR licensing and serves users located within the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.2 Account Creation

To access the full range of 58gl services, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact phone number;
• Maintain only one (1) account per person. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds;
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account;
• Notify 58gl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC procedures) when requested by submitting valid government-issued identification documents as specified by 58gl;
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change.

2.3 Account Verification

58gl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement). Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

58gl employs anti-fraud measures including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and transaction pattern analysis. Any suspicious activity may trigger additional verification requirements or account restrictions.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

58gl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made via e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya) typically credit your account within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank's processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically complete within thirty (30) minutes.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 58gl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, card issuer) may impose their own transaction fees.

You agree that all deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only and are not to be used for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. 58gl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your account balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time by accessing the Cashier section of your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed or denied if your account has not completed KYC procedures.

Withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of request submission for verified accounts. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal (e.g., card deposits cannot be withdrawn to card in certain cases), an alternative method will be arranged.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees (if any) are displayed during the withdrawal request process. 58gl reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or equivalent.

You acknowledge that withdrawal requests may be declined if: (a) you have not met wagering requirements for active bonuses; (b) your account has incomplete or inaccurate information; (c) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (d) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; or (e) you have outstanding financial obligations to 58gl.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on 58gl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates are determined by our payment processors and may include a conversion fee.

4. Gameplay Rules and Betting

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 58gl are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescinded once accepted by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming any wager.

58gl reserves the right to void bets in cases of: (a) obvious errors in odds or pricing; (b) technical malfunctions affecting game integrity; (c) fraudulent or collusive betting patterns; (d) bets placed after an event outcome is known (late bets); or (e) bets placed in violation of maximum stake limits.

Maximum bet limits vary by game type and may be adjusted at 58gl's discretion. Players found to be exploiting system vulnerabilities, bonus terms, or engaging in arbitrage betting may have their accounts restricted or closed with funds forfeited.

4.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., NBA, PBA, FIFA). If an event is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules.

Live betting (in-play wagering) is offered at 58gl's discretion and odds may fluctuate rapidly. 58gl is not liable for delays in live betting odds updates or bet acceptance during periods of high traffic or technical issues.

4.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games, fishing games) operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be influenced by 58gl or any player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term theoretical payout rates. Actual session results may vary significantly from RTP due to the random nature of outcomes.

58gl reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to specific games for players who exhibit unusual betting patterns or suspected abuse of game features.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

58gl offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered on eligible games. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requires you to wager thirty (30) times the bonus amount before winnings become withdrawable.

Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each bonus's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

58gl prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, and any other behavior inconsistent with recreational play.

If 58gl determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close the player's account without refund of deposits.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Age Restriction

Online gaming is strictly for adults aged twenty-one (21) and above. 58gl takes underage gambling seriously and employs age verification measures during account registration. If we discover that a user is under 21, their account will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Limits

58gl provides responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. You may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, and cooling-off periods through your account settings. You may also request self-exclusion for a specified period (ranging from 24 hours to permanent) by contacting customer support.

During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or make deposits. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration specified and cannot be lifted early except under exceptional circumstances determined by 58gl management.

6.3 Problem Gambling Resources

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please seek help. Resources are available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and various support organizations. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal problems.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity;
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns;
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks or reversing deposits without legitimate cause;
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward 58gl staff or other players;
• Sharing account credentials or transferring accounts to third parties;
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited;
• Any action that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 58gl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 58gl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from 58gl without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 58gl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

58gl is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with 58gl services is to discontinue use and close your account.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 58gl, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Arbitration shall be conducted in English, seated in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 58gl.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or your use of 58gl shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

58gl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of 58gl services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 58gl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification procedures). 58gl reserves the right to retain certain personal information as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes even after account closure.

58gl reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. In the event of involuntary account closure, 58gl will return any withdrawable balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to 58gl.
